To ensure your sourcing project is completed successfully we follow a strict workflow process:
Initial Product Discussion: Bring your concept brief or product idea to Promotrade2asia to discuss key elements. What is the function of the product? How will it be used and what is the desired time-line? A clear understanding of the product nature will help us offer you suggestions and alternatives to save time, improve function, enhance manufacturing capability, and achieve potential budgetary savings.
At this point if required our creative team will brain storm ideas, design products or mock up visuals.
Determine Key Product Specifications: Product description, decoration method, key product functions, target price, in-hands date and delivery requirements should be spelled out with Promotrade2asia so we can get you a timely quotation within 24 to 48 hours.
Factory Capability Assessment: Our Production team work with our factory partners to determine which has the best manufacturing competencies to make your project a reality. They will also negotiate on your behalf to get the best possible price to ensure your project stays within budget.
If a new factory is required they will inspect and ensure that the new factory adheres to our supplier code of conduct.
Detailed Quotation: Promotrade2asia provides a detailed written quotation for every project request outlining price, product description, sample and production timing, logistics and customs services. In addition, packaging, payment terms, and pertinent details to getting your project delivered timely and accurately are included.
Promotrade2asia uses standard INCOTERMS for all consignments, whether duty paid (DDP), or unpaid (DDU), Freight on Board (FOB) or any other accepted transport terms, depending upon the client requirements. We will also advise which terms may be best for your company, whether the duties and charges can be reclaimed in your own country for instance, or not.
Purchase Order: Your project is confirmed once Promotrade2asia receives your written purchase order, acceptable artwork, and financial clearance.
Purchase Order Confirmation: Once we have the three elements above a written Purchase Order Confirmation (POC) will be issued to you within
24 hours outlining all aspects of the project.
Pre-Production Sample: Once an order is received, and artwork, and schedules are agreed, proofs or samples can be produced and express couriered to your desk.
Sample Approval: Upon receipt of our product sample, you will be asked to approve this by email.
Full Production: Our production team will ensure that the production run is the same as the pre-approved sample. Quality control is managed in three ways. With our pre qualified factories their internal quality control will have met our exacting standards. For new factories we will either send one of our own China based team or send in a reliable 3rd party tester to ensure the factory meets our strict codes of practice. For large orders we will send one of our own team to stay in the factory during the production run.
Freight Booking: Promotrade2asia experienced logistics team uses several freight forward partners to insure seamless transport of your freight. FOB shipments, ocean, and air bookings are made early in the production process to have all arrangements in place well in advance of production completion.
Port Delivery and Customs Clearance: Promotrade2asia can handle all customs clearance documentation on your behalf.
Delivery: Whether you prefer to pick-up goods on your own, at port or have Promotrade2asia deliver to your door we can handle your request. We will arrange palletization and inland transport as needed, and can provide facilities for drop shipment and fulfillment services when requested.
